Welcome to “Der Backmeister” Bakers with passion If we are really good at one thing, then it’s baking! But not with ready mixes, preservatives or the usual premixes of the baking industry. We bake exclusively with natural ingredients and own recipes following traditional procedures. Unfortunately, the knowledge around the real bakery trade is almost lost. Both, industrial mass production baking factories, as well as small bakeries that offer a wide product range in smaller amounts, are using ready mixes, where only liquid is added. So the customer gets not, as assumed, freshly made bread with natural ingredients, but a lot of preservatives, emulsifiers and additives, which have no place in a natural bakery. All this is at the expense of quality and taste. Fresh means more than just a warm roll, more than just heating up frosted dough in small baking ovens! Quality, craftsmanship, and the sensuality of baking are pushed further and further back today. Do you remember the real taste of good, fresh bread? Bread that was baked at 6am in the bakery? Bread and pastries that are baked with traditional craftsmanship? And of course lots of passion. Come and taste for yourself what makes our bread so unique!
